“How are you and your team currently using EBizCharge?”
“EBizCharge helps MDI Rock by having billing, invoicing, POS, refunds, etc. all in one system. This allows the accounting team in the corporate office to see transactions happening at multiple retail locations in real time. Any transaction shows right away. This allows mistakes to be identified right away and corrected, instead of waiting for everything to settle, noticing something is off, and then spending time investigating. It saves a lot of time. ”
“What was your process before you started using EBizCharge?”
“Before EBizCharge, everything was separate. The credit card machine wasn’t connected to SAP, and everything had to be done by hand. This meant that nothing could be viewed in real time. There was no integration, so mistakes would happen and the mistakes were tough to track down. MDI Rock had initially tried using iPayment before EBizCharge, and “it was a nightmare.” There was not the functionality that EBizCharge offered.”
“Did you discover any additional or unexpected benefits upon implementing EBizCharge?”
The ability for the corporate accounting team to go into the system and void individual transactions was great, instead of the individual physical locations having to go in and do these corrections. This makes voids more secure, and saves the corporate accounting team time.
“Would you refer EBizCharge to other people?”
Yes! MDI Rock would recommend EBizCharge. MDI Rock has a complicated system, and there were some challenges with setup initially. Through it all, EBizCharge stood by MDI Rock the whole time. Whenever MDI Rock needed support, EBizCharge was right there to help.
