Well, it’s definitely helped with our website. That was a big help for us. It’s helped with the security of the credit cards, with the sales people group, and obviously in our accounting group it’s much easier to get cards charged and have those things situated at a much better pace than we had before.

Support is really good. It’s easy to call and get someone on the phone right away… It runs seamless, so we really haven’t had any issues or a need for support in a while.

Before EBiz, it was very difficult for us, especially… our online orders. We had a lot of issues with having to always call back customers with credit card problems. Cards didn’t go through… things like that. That stuff has completely gone away 100% online… Other transactions are captured in the system… it just [makes] life easier, especially for our accounting group.
