Tell us about your transition to EBizCharge.

We were planning our Acumatica go-live day. Our old ERP was tumbling down quickly, but we were able to transition to Century Business Solutions beforehand. We got comfortable with our new payment platform, and the transition from one ERP to the other from there was seamless.

In one word, I would say seamless. I’m just happy that we switched.

What kind of customer support have you received?

Support’s been very good, and we haven’t had to use Support that often… A little bit through our implementation for Acumatica. The few times since then, when we call, [support is] always accessible. Everyone’s very experienced and knowledgeable, so we don’t have to wait long for an answer.

How was the training?

Training was really good, and when we needed additional training… that was really good as well.
